Mr Shitanshu Garg
Managing Director
As Managing Director, Shitanshu Garg has led the Shibu Group through its most significant era of physical and operational expansion. He is the architect behind the strategic diversification into specialized sectors, including medical equipment.
A deeply technical leader, he engineered the company’s “jointless revolution” developing processes to press seamless, high-integrity vessels at scale. Beyond core metallurgy, he has successfully expanded the group’s portfolio by establishing Gratis Energies and Infiniti Woodkrafts. His management of the factory floor is dictated by three strict principles: uncompromising quality, practical innovation, and total operational efficiency.
Sresht Garg oversees the strategic future and global expansion of the Shibu Group. Educated at The Doon School, with an undergraduate degree from NMIMS Mumbai and a Master’s from Imperial College London, he brings a modern, data-driven approach to the 84-year-old enterprise.
His current mandate is aggressive market expansion. Sresht is leading the company’s global rebranding, opening new international export lines, and driving the Shibu Group’s transition into the B2C sector. Operating on the core family philosophy that unmatched hard work and an expansive vision result inevitably into results, he is focused on optimizing production efficiency and is looking for the next big thing.
