How Shibu Bespoke Works

Submit Your Breif
Submit your technical drawings, 3D models, or material specifications. Our engineering division signs strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) to protect your proprietary designs before reviewing structural feasibility.
2.
In-House Tool & Die Creation
Once approved, our master machinists cut and forge the custom molds and tooling entirely in-house, drastically reducing your lead times and upfront R&D costs.
3.
Prototyping & Tolerance Testing
We run initial, low-volume test batches. These prototypes are subjected to rigorous dimensional and metallurgical testing to ensure absolute compliance with your required tolerances.
4.
Mass Tonnage Production
Upon final sign-off, your custom component enters our main production line. Backed by our 175,000 sq. ft. facility, we execute high-tonnage, continuous supply chain manufacturing with global export logistics.
